Science has proven that “hominids” have lived on this planet for a very long time. It has also proven that Homo Sapiens Sapiens (Cro-Magnon or Modern man) have not. Our ancestors arrived here as interstellar prisoners fifty thousand years ago. Like they were, we are prone to criminal behavior and mental illness. It is an inescapable part of our basic human nature. It is not our fault, but rather that of deviated genetic code. There is not a single human who is free of, at the very least, violent, lustful, vengeful, thieving and/or murderous thoughts. The horrors inflicted on mankind are almost always done by mankind. Mankind lies, steals, cheats, rapes, murders and pollutes. When it can no longer exert more dominion over land and animal, it turns on its own kind. We are a horrible menace to ourselves, and more importantly, intergalactic civilization. Our treacherous and murderous ways remain a very real threat to peace in the universe.

The planet Earth was chosen to become a prison because of its remote location and the ability to support hominid lifeforms. Each “race” of our ancestors were placed on different continents, selected for similarities to their former climatic environments. Acting entirely on primal human instinct, our ancestors not only survived, they conquered and thrived. They immediately began to dominate everything that came into their path. The sudden terrestrial appearance of modern man was on a scale so large that it allowed them to drive the Neanderthals, who had been at the top of Earth’s food chain for well over 200,000 years, to global extinction within a few thousand years.

Our ancestors were mentally stripped of all memory of their former lives, with the belief that without a source of knowledge they would revert to a primal state within a few generations. It was a belief that was proven very wrong. For a short time it appeared as though the Cro-magnon exile was proceeding as planned, but then reports began to began to flood in that perhaps serious oversights had been made. The assumption of primal reversion was shattered when our ancestors began creating a world that was a microcosm of interstellar civilization. Sympathizers somehow occasionally slipped past security and began “assisting” select ancient civilizations. The Earth, for the first time in its history, became witness to art, architecture, animal husbandry, agriculture, written languages, advanced mathematics, technology, law, religion and government. It also became witness to the atrocities of modern man. Testing revealed that the intellectual and technological developments of our ancestors was a result of genetic regression, rather than evolution. This factor set off heated activity by two opposing groups in intergalactic society. One group called for the immediate extermination of our ancestors before they “regressed” to the point were they could achieve interstellar flight and possibly re-infect intergalactic civilization. The other sought to guide their development. An impasse was reached and all contact was again forbidden. Enforcement of the contact ban with the prison planet was established, with covert observation and assessments continuing at designated intervals - until July 16, 1945. From that fateful day until now, assessments decreased, but observation increased dramatically.
