As stated throughout this site, mankind faces a serious dilemma in the very near future. The closer mankind gets to interstellar flight capability, the more precarious become mankind’s plight. You may be prone to deny the theory of planetary imprisonment, but before you get too comfortable with the assumption that this theory can not be true, look closely at what elements make a theory plausible and probable.

A theory, in the scientific sense of the word, is an analytic structure designed to explain a set of empirical observations. A scientific theory does two things:

1. it identifies this set of distinct observations as a class of phenomena, and
2. makes assertions about the underlying reality that brings about or affects this class.

In the scientific or empirical tradition, the term “theory” is reserved for ideas which meet baseline requirements about the kinds of empirical observations made, the methods of classification used, and the consistency of the theory in its application among members of the class to which it pertains. In general theories are expected to be functional and parsimonious: i.e. a theory should be the simplest possible tool that can be used to effectively address the given class of phenomena.

Empirical observations about Cro-magnoids imprisoned on Earth provide clear elements to substantiate this theory. A few are:

1. No evidence of Cro-magnoid existence, or evolution, on this planet prior to 50,000 years ago
2. Cro-magnoid’s possession of intellectual, social, economic and technological abilities never before seen on Earth
3. Cro-magnoid criminal and anti-social behaviors are inappropriate for intergalactic civilization(s)
4. Millions of reported sightings of unidentified flying objects (UFOs), and abductions of Cro-magnoids, throughout millenniums
5. Supportive artistic, religious and metaphysical artifacts and documents

Following the basics of criminal investigations, set forth are the three aspects needed to convince and convict; means, motive and opportunity.

Means: A civilization that has achieved interstellar flight capability certainly possesses the ability to “quarantine” biological threats

Motive: Earthbound Cro-magnoid prisoners have a defined and well documented propensity toward insanity, violence and aggression

Opportunity: Planets exist in the universe that are biologically capable of supporting hominid life forms (Earth is proof)

While modern mankind is capable of horrible thoughts and actions, it is also capable of amazing levels of art, technology, love, nurturing and healing. However, our ancestors were not imprisoned here because of all of our inherent “good” qualities. They were placed on this planetary prison to protect interstellar civilizations from our “evil” qualities. As long as we are imprisoned on Earth, we are of little threat to peace in the universe. As we near the day when our first manned interstellar flight departs, we near the day when we force a decision by the extraterrestrials who put us here thousands of years ago to protect themselves.

It is imperative that funding for current propulsion technology be diverted to two goals; understanding, applying and advancing forms magnetic drives, and, genetic research toward the goal of repairing the flaws in our deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) that cause mental illness and criminal behavior. The survival of terrestrial mankind is at stake, denial of our problem and failing to take action at this point in history will prove to be nothing short of suicidal.

Virtually every religion throughout history warns of great peril to mankind if does not “remove”,”repent” or “cleanse” itself from evil thoughts and actions. Is this mere coincidence? The warning to “change” ourselves has been passed down everywhere on earth, in every society in many forms, from generation to generation for thousands and thousands of years. These warnings came straight from the mouths of interstellar sympathizers. They repeated the warning every time they had contact with our ancestors, at great risk of peril to themselves. Their contact always had enormous socio/technological impact. Contact with prisoners on Earth, except for necessary testing and assessment, is strictly forbidden. Because interstellar peace is at stake, violators are dealt with swiftly and harshly when found.

We, the people of planet Earth, must put enormous pressure on our governments to use all possible resources to locate and remove or repair the genetic flaw(s) that make us a threat to each other, to our planet and to peace in the universe. This solitary change in human genetics will usher in a new world, devoid of fear of each other, of greed, a world of love and respect. A world without war. The fragile planet that we are on the verge of destroying will still change, but in a beautiful and environmentally responsible way. But, the decision to change must be of our own collective free will.

We are very rapidly approaching the junction in time where humanity’s path splits. Down one path lies imminent and certain destruction. Down the other is the fulfillment of our destiny; living peacefully throughout the vast reaches of the universe. We are not a natural part of this planet’s evolution, we are exiled extraterrestrials. Repair of our deviant gene(s) will allow full use of our mental potential. The advanced drive technology, electronics and metallurgical miracles that we need for safe interstellar travel lie dormant in the unrealized potential of our minds. There are wonders within us that we will never know if we continue as we are.
